Background: Cities continue to grapple with a rising demand for housing, which affects affordability and the well-being of its citizens. This growth continues put pressure on delivery adequate, affordable housing in well-located areas while availability infrastructure proximity economic nodes remains challenge. has led increasing infill development medium-density high-density greenfield located adjacent higher-income neighbourhoods.
